Woodrow: Behind the musical (video)
Each Spring Woodrow Wilson High School puts on these famously professional-looking musical productions. This year's will be "The Secret Garden", April 16-19. Behind the scenes, we found it requires a ton of work from students, parents, alumni and neighbors to so stunningly bring a story to the stage.
Check out the video after the jump (and bear in mind I am a writer LEARNING how to operate a camera). And look for more on the topic, and photos by Robert Bunch, in your April issue of Advocate magazine.

I am anticipating another phenomenal production. I have friends who fly in for this each year. Woodrow is really better than the Arts Magnet when it comes to music and theater. Many times WW will win awards over prestigious schools such as St. Mark's, Hockaday and Highland Park in Cappie competition.
